A modern energy healer talks about his challenges

For those of you who don’t know me my name is Karolos Tsiligirian. I am a certified Master Life Coach, Arhatic Yogi and Energy Healer. You may have read bits and pieces of my story in different parts of the website https://yourgrowth.guide/

When I was young, I was one of the 4 children in my family, the most closed, always immersed in books and his computer. At the same time, I was a perfectionist, especially at school where I felt a persistent inner need to be the best at everything I do. This naturally took me forward, offered me scholarships, and after different jobs, the idea to create the digital company GIM agency (formerly Greek Internet Marketing).

Being a perfectionist and competitive made me fight hard every challenge that came my way in relation to the company – and there were many, continuous and tough – but at some point, my strength seemed to have run out, my anxiety peaked while the financial decline of GIM, as an impact of the Greek economic crisis, had reached its limits. There was the Bang or rather the Big Bang, the explosion of the Ego and its collapse, which created the need for a new beginning with a different basis and philosophy of life.

The beginning of the challenges came at the personal energy level

With my psychological breakdown, I understood the first challenge I had to face, although I was not yet an energy healer.

Understanding that I am the core of my life and if my life was bogged down, I was the one who would have to change.

It was this process that led me to try different things such as Reiki, Cosmoenergy Healing and Pranic Healing.

All these treatments, and especially Pranic Healing, made me open up and see the world differently. After that, it didn’t take me long to see the components of my own living environment, both personal and professional, change one by one. I started to care more about my nutrition, energy, health, I felt mentally lighter, as if a weight and numbness had been lifted from me at the same time.

From student, teacher

My engagement with energy healing, first as a healer, gave birth to a desire to offer in turn all these feelings of change and energetic rejuvenation that I felt, to every person I knew. I wanted to be the channel through which the Universe would fill with light and energy, every person who would need it.

In finding my purpose, I had to face my second challenge, which was to start practicing that purpose, professionally.

How do you professionally build something that you personally experience as a world-historical experience that changed your life and continues to change it?

Step by step.

I continued treatments with my therapists and seminars that taught me more and empowered me to be a catalyst in other people’s lives myself. Attracting clients is another story and a third challenge, because many people are critical of energy healing. But I believed in what I had to offer and promised myself that I would give it as much time and patience as needed.

This is how the first sessions took place and then the following ones … and the water entered the groove. Each session with each of my clients had a unique interest, a different chemistry, a different way of reacting. During a session, one client might cry as she unloaded while another would not allow herself to relax, at least initially. A major fourth challenge was being able to listen to their stories and feel their energy to heal, but not take them as a burden in and with me. Especially in the first sessions, I had to remember the fifth challenge that in every energy healing session I should not use my own energy, but become the channel of universal energy.

Everything is human, but in the sessions it is not even allowed as a thought the critical view of the client, of their story, of how they make their own journey through their energy healing. Those who come to Your Growth Guide do not come for me to “fix” them because they are not “broken”. Instead they are courageous people who consciously want to look inside themselves, an often painful and difficult process, to improve themselves and their lives. This sixth challenge was also important to me in my life. I had to learn not to judge myself so harshly, but to accept him more and love him as he is, because failure and error and flaw are human, like all of us.

Keeping others’ energy up sometimes, i tend to forget to take care of mine. And this is the seventh challenge. Therefore, I continue to do my healings as a healer, to meditate and to evolve by constantly learning new things, such as creating orgonites myself. Through all activities I renew my energy, and increase my desire to offer my clients the healing they need, the transformation they hope for.

Some clients are more of a challenge than all since they carry heavier karma. The eighth challenge calls for my constant vigilance. I am still learning how to manage these people so that I can provide them with what they need without taking on their own difficult karma.

Some people are difficult but my ninth challenge is to not forget, however rude or annoying they may be, that this is why they came to Your Growth Guide. To lighten, sweeten, open up and trust. This is my job and my most favourite challenge.

Getting better as a person and as an Energy Healer is the tenth daily challenge, because what I mainly work on is practical spirituality, that is, how we develop our spirituality and how we exercise it daily, on simple and difficult things. We cannot talk about Connection and Love within a space and come out of it and become offensive and selfish. The challenge in my work is at the same time a challenge in life.

For me the challenges never end because every woman and man who comes to Your Growth Guide presents a new challenge. To succeed, through energy treatments, with my own knowledge and their own will, to change their energy and transform their lives, with a holistic approach. Starting from the balancing of the chakras, our destination is the balancing of the spirit, body and soul. That’s the real challenge, and so far together we’re getting it done. Namaste!
