Through my long career in business I have encountered many difficulties, many setbacks and many crises. The interesting thing is that while I have always successfully overcome difficulties through hard work and personal development, there came a moment in my life in 2018 when I realized that psychologically I had “hit rock bottom”. My main Digital Marketing business had weathered many storms and was considered very successful in the industry. But I felt like I was at the worst point of my life, and I was deeply exhausted from stress and overexertion.
I thought I had done everything right but my body and soul told me otherwise. Something had gone very wrong.
In this dark moment I got a breakthrough realization…
I haven’t changed! If I want my life and my business to fundamentally change, I will have to change through my Core!
This shocking realization that I had been living in a delusion, and had made no substantial change within myself, set me on a new path of awakening. Combining the knowledge and skills of many people, counselors, coaches, therapists, books, courses, and my own experiences has led me to revise many old beliefs and behaviors. Now stress is almost non-existent, and my philosophy on Business and Life in general has changed 180 degrees.
